We invite you to join us for an electrified night of dance, sweat, music, cultural liberation and heart. ALIVE the experience combines the atmosphere of a nightclub with the yoga and dance movement BODY ALIVE + a whole lot more! The night will begin with the immersive BODY ALIVE experience guided by JAYNE, a Live DJ and the Aspen Shakti team of BACKUP DANCERS ( we mix yoga, hip hop, african beats, twerk and more) Our DJ will weave together binaural beats, world music, hip hop, Latin, pop + afro-beats Ibiza style to create a vibe of expansion, triumph, integration + LIBERATION. The lights are low + the music is loud! It’s a room packed with empowerment, sweat, liberation + connected embodiment. Come + participate: no experience necessary to enjoy this class. Optional to follow... endless effervescence 🍾, connection + an infectious dance party for ALL. FEEL THE ENERGY IN YOUR BONES + COME ALIVE. No Mats necessary! Wear clothes and shoes in which you can dance, sweat, move, and feel amazing!!! Your outfit; think what would you wear to out dancing at a nightclub that expresses your wild side and you can fully move in! *We encourage people to come for the guided experience to dance and/or watch!
