Deer Fellow, Elijah Delgado, Kate Heron
Deer Fellow
Deer Fellow is an indie folk-pop duo with “comforting yet bold musicality.” Based out of Austin, bandmates Matt Salois (guitar, vocals) and Alyssa Kelly (violin, vocals, piano) met at an open mic and were quick to collaborate. Fast forward to present day and coupledom, the two have built a cross-genre sound that “stirs hearts with each carefully crafted note.”
The duo's vocal harmonies and unique guitar-violin blends have landed them features on EARMILK, KUTX Radio, and the Austin American-Statesman. Often compared to the likes of Andrew Bird and Arlo Parks, Deer Fellow’s 2023 EP Unraveling presents a collection of captivating songwriting and soundscapes that “shine with authenticity.” From live shows with indie greats like Field Guide to virtual festivals alongside such artists as John Paul White of The Civil Wars, their style has garnered attention within the indie music industry. Fans describe their live performance as an experience that “gives that warm tingly feeling, like taking a bubble bath with a glass of champagne.”
Elijah Delgado
Elijah’s musical journey began when he was just 7 years old. His father taught him three chords on an old acoustic guitar and he has not put the guitar down ever since. He was influenced early on by a musical family who exposed him to all of the music that Austin, Texas has to offer. Elijah competed in and won the Old Settler’s Music Festival Youth Talent Competition in April of 2019. He was named a 2020 National Young Arts Foundation merit winner. The 21 year old Austin, Texas native released his first EP “When I was on Cloud Nine“ in 2021. His raw and honest musicality and lyricism can’t help but stir emotion in the listener’s ear. His most recent releases include “Too Late” and “Pipe Dream." His music is influenced by the likes of Gary Clark Jr., Ray Lamontagne, John Mayer, Young the Giant, and Paulo Nutini, to name just a few.
Kate Heron
Kate Heron is an artist based in Austin, TX and has been performing for over two decades, originally studying film sound design and opera performance, now channeling her love of building sonic worlds into writing ethereal folk rock music for the past two years.
Her performances have been described as "light, powerful, transcending," and "beautiful music with a voice that will leave you shook." She can also be found in countless bands in Austin, spanning all kinds of genres, playing keys, guitar, percussion, and is the co-lead singer and keyboardist of doom folk band, Great Howl.
Heron's inspiration follows along artists such as Florence Welch, Lucy Dacus, Julia Jacklin, and Mitski, and her sound has been known to draw audiences in the moment she starts to perform, even past the venue doors, to people walking by.

Tickets and Information - Open to the public!
Come celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Diversity Awareness and Wellness Action!
DAWA Studios is a community arts project that seeks to create space for BIPOC podcasters, creatives and grassroots organizations to produce high-quality media content.
One of the greatest barriers to creating content and spreading your message is access to equipment (lighting, cameras, sound, etc). Content creation is so important for establishing online presence, but many talented voices in our community need support to bring their unique visions and stories to the world.
The Studio will serve as an incubator for this talent, generating hours of high-quality content for these creators for no fee. Access to the studio will be entirely subsidized through donors, grants, and revenue generated from the studio (corporate and non-BIPOC clients).
Free with RSVP -- Open to the public!

Jam + Toast with Ozzy Tribute Mr Crowley!
Open to the public! Tickets and information here!
Mr Crowley Ozzy Tribute is THE most authentic sounding & looking Ozzy band in America.
Mr Crowley does more than just cover the songs that made Ozzy Osbourne famous, they truly tribute the man and his work, playing all of the songs of Ozzy’s entire catalog, including Black Sabbath and Ozzy’s solo career.
With stage props and costuming to add to the spectacle of a full traveling show, Mr Crowley will literally storm the stages with a rock and shock style performance that will keep you coming back for more.
-----------------------------------------------
This band delivers an energetic and entertaining full force experience, led by the vibrancy of Dave Diaz who provides a faithful emulation of Ozzy and captures the unique sound and persona that makes Mr Crowley a tribute fan favorite.
Recently, Phil Sandoval of Armored Saint publicly noted that David Diaz is THE best Ozzy on the this planet.
Add to that the crunching progressions and note for note guitar solos of Mark Knapp this amazing guitar player will blow your mind with his great guitar shredding capabilities.
How this virtuoso does all this with only 3 1/2 fingers is just jaw dropping.
Mr Crowley is highlighted by the exceptionally powerful & animalistic style of Mike Cancino. Cancino will inspire enthusiasm from every person in the viewing audience. This man is a showmans showman, all while he keeps flawless time ala Randy Castillo or Tommy Aldridge.
Orion Lindemann plays a thundering bass that emulates every bass player who ever graced the OZZ mans stage. From Geezer to Rudy, the bottom is nailed down tight making this rythym section as solid as any of the Ozzy incarnations.
The talents of keyboard player Chris Turbis, (who was trained on the piano from very early childhood) creates a high level of complex sophisticated orchestration in true Classical form. He creates the true sounds that John Sinclair, Don Airey & even Rick Wakeman developed through the years of Sabbath & Ozzy. Turbis, known for his classical style of heavy metal music as well as his honky tonk piano playing has won awards for doing just what he does. Best Keyboard Player 2004 in the AAMA Awards, & was a key player in the Video of the Year 2004 & many more awards.
Mr Crowley is truly a group that goes far beyond other tributes. They don't just sound like Ozzy, they look like the band as well. This band is always an exciting and professional experience and is guaranteed to please and amaze any audience!
Mr Crowley delivers an energetic and entertaining full force OZZY type of experience. Truly the next best thing to the Prince of Darkness himself.
• Dave Diaz - Vocals
• Mark Knapp - Guitar
• Chris Turbis - Keyboards
• Mike Cancino - Drums
• Orion Lindemann - Bass
