🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Sam Pullen: This class combines vinyasa yoga, functional mobility & plyometrics as we warm up on the mat! 

🧊 Guided Ice Bath: Plunge into the invigorating ice bath and learn to build resilience and regulate your nervous system through breathwork.

🔥 Sauna: Warm up in our 8-person sauna, reaching up to 200 degrees, providing a hot, detoxifying escape after the invigorating cold plunge.

🍵 Beverages: Hot Tea and wellness shot available upon arrival provided by Pershing. Mocktails + other beverages available for purchase.

🍽️ Food: Snacks and meals available for purchase. First 50 sign-ups get free Sweetgreen bowl.
