Where can I purchase tickets for your events?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or in person at the venue during operating hours.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
All ticket sales are generally final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an event is canceled or postponed. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
Where is the venue located, and is parking available?
We are located at 2415 E 5th St, Austin, TX 78702. Limited on-site parking is available for a fee, and street parking is available within a 5-minute walk. Please check our website for a map and current parking rates.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible, and do you offer ADA seating?
Yes, our venue is ADA compliant and fully accessible.
What time do doors open for a performance?
Door times vary by event, but typically open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Please check your specific event details on our website or ticket confirmation.
What items are prohibited inside the venue?
Prohibited items generally include outside food and beverage, professional cameras (detachable lenses), video or audio recording equipment, weapons of any kind, illegal substances, large bags/backpacks, and laser pointers. Please check the specific event page for any artist-specific restrictions.
Is re-entry allowed during an event?
For the safety and security of our guests, re-entry is generally not permitted for most ticketed events once you have left the building. Please plan accordingly.
What is your policy on bags and coats?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are generally not allowed. We may offer a coat check service for a fee, depending on the event.
What’s your bag policy?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue.Only small personal bags, clutches, and purses no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12” will be allowed. Please note: All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Do you allow smoking or vaping inside the venue?
No, we are a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building. Designated smoking areas may be available outside; please ask a staff member for direction.
Do you allow pets?
Service animals are welcome at the venue. Only registered working animals with proper documentation are permitted.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes, we offer a variety of concessions, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light food options. Menu availability may vary by event.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items with prior approval.
Can I rent the venue for a private event (wedding, corporate party, etc.)?

Yes! We have a curated list of trusted vendors who know our space well and can expertly assist with all your event needs.
