Once home to the Austin Lumber Company, the Pershing offers three distinct event spaces: the Pershing Hall, which retains the character of the original lumber mill, while the adjoining House (now the Pershing Membership Club) is an intimate 1930s two-story bungalow, and the Michael-Hsu designed Pershing East Café for a light-filled front porch to East Austin.

NO, our curated spaces are available for members and non-members.

We customize events for all budgets and pricing varies by space, day of the week, and duration of event.

Belinda Horton, a veteran of VIP hospitality events with experience working in Austin, New York City, San Francisco, Boston and Aspen.
Can I customize the menu for my event?
YES. We offer several menu options based on your group size. We can accommodate groups of up to 400 guests with various formats including reception style or larger banquet style.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible but with at least 2 weeks lead time in order to properly serve you. We look forward to hearing from you!
