Once home to the Austin Lumber Company, the Pershing offers three distinct event spaces: the Pershing Hall, which retains the character of the original lumber mill, while the adjoining House (now the Pershing Membership Club) is an intimate 1930s two-story bungalow, and the Michael-Hsu designed Pershing East Café for a light-filled front porch to East Austin.

Together, the venue blends industrial heritage with organic design, offering a sophisticated take on bohemian luxury and a seamless flow between indoors and out.

Do you need to be a member to book a private event?

NO, our curated spaces are available for members and non-members. 

YES, our talented culinary team is led by our Culinary Institute of America-trained Executive Chef, Michael Warnock.

We customize events for all budgets and pricing varies by space, day of the week, and duration of event. 

Belinda Horton, a veteran of VIP hospitality events with experience working in Austin, New York City, San Francisco, Boston and Aspen.

YES. We offer several menu options based on your group size. Groups of up to 12 can enjoy our full à la carte menu, while groups of up to 20 guests have access to our prix-fixe menu. For larger gatherings of 20 or more, we provide a selection of family-style menus to choose from. Contact us for more information.
